Hiromi Ruangkunarom
Hiromi grew up helping her family with in fishermen's restaurant cooking freshly-caught fishes. Then she helped cooking Shojin-Ryori(vegetarian food for monks) in her aunt's temple. She became a cooking teacher in Japan, and has taught groups of as many as 300 students. She moved to Bangkok and taught Japanese cooking to Thai people. Nine years ago, and then six years ago, she presented the ancient Japanese royal ceremonial cooking method(Shijoryu- houchou-gishiki) to Her Royal Highness Princess Sirindhorn and the royal council.
